Arsenal welcome German giants Bayern Munich to the Emirates Stadium tonight in a huge Champions League clash.

We head into tonight’s game sitting level on points at the top of the table with Bayern and Inter Milan with maximum points. Wins over Athletic Club, Olympiacos, Atletico Madrid and Slavia Prague have put us in a strong position to secure safe passage to the knockouts.

However, Mikel Arteta will want to finish as high as possible and Arsenal have a terrific opportunity to move clear at the top of the table with a win over Bayern Munich in North London this evening.

The boss has made two changes from the side that beat Tottenham 4-1 at the weekend. David Raya keeps his place between the sticks while William Saliba is partnered by Cristhian Mosquera with Piero Hincapie making way.

Jurrien Timber continues at right-back with Ben White among the substitutes while Myles Lewis-Skelly comes in for Riccardo Calafiori at left-back.

Martin Zubimendi continues in the holding role with Declan Rice once again starting for Arsenal in midfield. Eberechi Eze keeps his place in the attacking midfield role and he’ll be in confident mood following his superb hat-trick at the weekend.

Bukayo Saka will be the danger-man for Arsenal on the right flank. Leandro Trossard starts once again on the left side of attack while Mikel Merino leads the line up front in the continued absence of Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyokeres.

Martin Odegaard is back in the squad after recovering from injury but he’s among the substitutes along with Gabriel Martinelli and Noni Madueke.

These are the line-ups:
