[Photos] Key man returns as Arsenal squad train ahead of Fulham clash
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been spotted back in training today as the Arsenal squad prepare for Sunday’s trip to Craven Cottage to take on Fulham.
Aubameyang failed to travel to Azerbaijan in midweek and therefore missed our Europa League victory over Qarabag due to illness as we took another step closer to qualification to the knockout stages thanks to a 3-0 win.
However, the Gabon international appears to have recovered from his sickness bug as Aubameyang trained with the rest of the first team squad this afternoon at London Colney.
Aaron Ramsey was also in attendance after asking to miss the Qarabag game to be with his pregnant wife but it remains to be seen whether the Welshman will be available as she’s due to give birth to twins any day.
Unai Emery and his staff will have been putting the players through their paces as we look to extend our winning streak to nine matches in all competitions at Craven Cottage tomorrow afternoon.
We should see some changes with Hector Bellerin, Shkodran Mustafi, Lucas Torreira, Granit Xhaka, Mesut Ozil, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alexandre Lacazette hoping to get recalls along with Aubameyang and possibly Ramsey.
