[Team] Viking FK vs Arsenal: Gabriel & Cazorla start
Arsenal continue their pre-season preparations with a friendly against Viking FK in Norway this evening.
Arsene Wenger has mixed things up with David Ospina starting in goal while Gabriel comes in after recovering from a bout of tonsillitis. Krystian Bielik gets a chance to impress in defence while Francis Coquelin partners Mohamed Elneny in midfield.
Theo Walcott continues up front while Santi Cazorla joins Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joel Campbell in attack.
There is no place for Granit Xhaka, Aaron Ramsey or Alexis Sanchez in the squad so they must be being saved for Sunday’s clash with Man City.
Here is the Arsenal line-up for the game:

It doesn’t look like Arsenal will be bringing in an experienced Centre Back during the course of the next week…if at all..So why partner Gabriel with Bielik rather than Chambers or Holding.Surely it would be better to ensure that the central pairing who begin the Season are given as much time and opportunity to get used to each other. After his previous performances and attitude Debuchy should never be allowed to play for Arsenal again…so why is he selected?…Another Season about to kick – off and Arsenal continue to have a warped perspective as far as team selection and structure is concerned.
