[Photo] Xhaka & Ozil share selfie from Arsenal bus after Watford win
Granit Xhaka has taken to Twitter to share a selfie of him and Mesut Ozil on the Arsenal coach following our 3-1 win over Watford this afternoon.
Ozil returned to the starting eleven to make his first start of the new season and was outstanding as played his part in the opener before scoring the third goal with a close range header.
The German international really enjoyed playing alongside new team mate Xhaka, who’s incisive passing between the lines afforded Mesut more space in which to do his work in the final third.
I can really see the two of them complementing each other well and it appears they are already bonding off the pitch as they were all smiles while posing for a photo on the team coach after the game.
It’s great to see Granit settling in well so quickly following his big-money move this summer and I have a feeling he’s going to be a key player for us this season as he’s a real class act.
I’m not sure Santi Cazorla is his ideal partner and Aaron Ramsey may be the man to play alongside him when he’s back from injury but I suppose it’s good to have so many options.
