Photos: 2 youngsters train with Arsenal first team ahead of Bayern
Young duo Matt Macey and Glen Kamara trained with the Arsenal first team as Arsene Wenger put his players through their paces ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Bayern Munich.
With David Ospina ruled out with a shoulder injury, Petr Cech is going to start and Macey is set to retain his place on the bench after being named among the substitutes for our 3-0 win at Watford on Saturday.
Kamara is unlikely to make the squad but it would have been good experience for the midfielder to test himself against first team players such as Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil.
Gabriel was in training and Arsene has confirmed the Brazilian defender is fit and available after missing the win at Watford, but it remains to see whether he’ll replace Per Mertesacker in the starting eleven.
