Video: Alexis Sanchez scores & sets up 2 as Chile thrash Mexico 7-0

Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez was in action last night as Chile reached the semi finals of the Copa America with a 7-0 demolition of Mexico.

Having already scored twice in his previous match versus Panama, Sanchez continued his fine form after scoring one and set-up two others.

However, it was Hoffenheim striker Eduardo Vargas who took the plaudits as he bagged four during the rout which sees Chile progress to the last four.

Sanchez and his Chile team mates will now play Colombia in the semi finals on Thursday. Let’s hope he continues his excellent form and comes through the game unscathed.
