[Photo] Jack Wilshere poses with bikini-clad fiancé ahead of Arsenal return

Jack Wilshere has shared a photo of him sunbathing with his fiancé on a boat in Santorini as the midfielder prepares to return to pre-season training with Arsenal tomorrow.

The majority of the squad have already been undertaking their pre-season preparations at London Colney but Wilshere was among those who were granted an extended break following their exploits at Euro 2016.

Jack avoided any possible controversy in heading to the likes of Las Vegas, as he’s done in previous summers, and decided to instead take in some sun on the beautiful Greek Island of Santorini with his fiancé Adriana Michael.

The midfielder took to Twitter this afternoon to share a photo of the pair sunbathing on a boat with a message thanking the people of Santorini for helping them enjoy an amazing holiday ahead of his return to training on Thursday.

He said:

“What an amazing place. Thanks to the kind people of Santorini for the best holiday…back to training tomorrow.”

Wilshere will be looking to get a solid pre-season under his belt and get himself in top condition ahead of the new campaign after enduring another injury-plagued season last year.

Hopefully he’ll play a full part during our pre-season tour of the United States and Sweden and put himself in contention to start against Liverpool on the opening weekend of the new campaign.
