[Photo] Mesut Ozil enjoys sunshine break ahead of festive period

Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has once again been enjoying some time in the sun as we gear up for the busy Christmas and New Year period.

Ozil was seen sunning himself in some tropical climate a week ago after Arsene Wenger gave the squad a few days off ahead of the hectic schedule we’ll endure over the next few weeks.

However, it seems the boss is feeling generous as Ozil has once again uploaded a photo of him enjoying some time in the sun just three days before we head to the South Coast to take on Southampton.

It’s not clear where Mesut is in the photo but it’s certainly not the UK, despite the relatively warm weather we’ve been enjoying for this time of year.

Hopefully Ozil has re-charged his batteries as he’s been vital in our recent good form and we’re going to need him firing on all cylinders over the next two weeks if we’re to maintain our title challenge.
