It was a nervy afternoon as we were taken all the way to penalties by an impressive Wigan side at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.
Per Mertesacker went from zero to hero after giving away a penalty midway through the second half before heading home a late equaliser to force extra-time.
With so much riding on the game, it came as a huge relief when Lukasz Fabianski saved the first two spot kicks and Santi Cazorla eventually scored the winning penalty to book our place in the FA Cup final where we’ll face Hull City.
