Time + Date Announced For Arsenal’s FA Cup Clash With Everton
Arsenal FA Cup quarter final against Everton at the Emirates will take place on Saturday 8th March at 12.45 kick off, it has been confirmed this afternoon.
We made it through to the last 8 with a narrow 2-1 win over Liverpool on Sunday and were drawn to play their Mersey rivals in the quarter finals.
The early Saturday kick off is a blessing for us as we have the second leg of our Champions League last 16 away at Bayern Munich on the following Tuesday night, so this gives us the maximum time to recover and get ourselves over to Germany.
The game with Everton is a category B fixture, and will be shown live on ITV. As usual, Arsenal’s Twitter feed has been slow to announce the news but Everton have confirmed it on theirs:
FA CUP: We can confirm our FA Cup quarter-final clash at @Arsenal will be played at 12:45pm on Sat, Mar 8. More details on the OS. #efc
