Following a comfortable win over Fulham in the Premier League last weekend, Arsenal will have to shift focus to the Champions League quickly as they face off against Atletico Madrid at the Emirates Stadium tonight.

The Gunners have already won the first two games of this competition against Athletic Club and Olympiacos.

On the other hand, Los Rojiblancos had a tough start to this season but have started showing signs of improvement in recent weeks.

Nothing fresh to add regarding the team news from the Fulham game as Gabriel Jesus, Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard, and Noni Madueke are set to remain sidelined with their injuries. Piero Hincapié is ready to feature in this game after remaining sidelined over the last few weeks.

Predicted line-up

Mikel Arteta has been handed a deep squad to challenge on all fronts this season, so he could make a few changes to his starting XI tonight from the win over Fulham.

However, David Raya is expected to continue between the sticks for Arsenal, meaning Kepa Arrizabalaga would have to make do with a place on the bench.

William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are set to be the centre-back pairing, while Cristhian Mosquera might start in the RB position to give Jurrien Timber a breather.

Ben White may not be ready to start, having struggled with fitness problems in recent weeks; therefore, he could get involved as a substitute. Myles Lewis-Skelly should be in the LB role, and Piero Hincapié is likely to play as a substitute, giving Riccardo Calafiori a complete midweek rest.

Bukayo Saka is set to keep hold of his place in the RW, while Leandro Trossard should be on the opposite side. Therefore, Gabriel Martinelli is likely to feature as a substitute. Viktor Gyokeres would lead the line for the Gunners.
