Arsenal will look to put Tuesday’s disappointment behind them when we take on Tottenham this weekend in a huge North London Derby.

Ahead of the game, Lukas Podolski has shared a picture on Instagram of him and team mate Alexis Sanchez in a post work-out ice-bath with a message saying:

Podolski came under severe criticism from some corners of the Arsenal fan-base for his lackluster performance against Southampton, with the German failing to take advantage of a rare start in Arsene Wengers team.

But despite this, and the fact he was standing in an ice-bath, Poldi still has a smile on his face. You’ve gotta admire the lad….
