Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud were on target as Arsenal beat Aston Villa 2-1 at Villa Park to move us back to the top of the league.
Nacho Monreal set Wilshere up for the opener with the midfielder slotting home from the edge of the box. It was 2-0 within a minute as Wilshere found Giroud with a superb ball and the striker buried a left-footed strike past Brad Guzan.
In typical Arsenal style, we took our foot off the gas in the second half and let Villa back in the game with Benteke making it 2-1 with 15 minutes remaining. However, we held out and clinched another vital three points.
