VIDEO: WBA 1-1 Arsenal: Wilshere Strike Sends Us Top
Arsenal secured a hard earned 1-1 draw away at West Brom on Sunday to move back to the top of the Premier League.
The home side went ahead just before half time after Yacob was left unmarked in the box to head past Szczesny, but Wilshere – who was having a very poor game by his standards – levelled things up midway through the second period with a deflected strike from the edge of the box.
It wasn’t our greatest performance of the season by any stretch of the imagination, and the referee had a nightmare, so it’s a decent point and enough to see us head into the international break top of the league on goals scored.
