VIDEO: Brighton 2-3 Arsenal: Rosicky Settles Cup Thriller
Arsenal are through to the fifth round of the FA Cup after a thrilling 3-2 win over Brighton & Hove Albion this afternoon.
We opened the scoring in just the second minute when Theo Walcott fired home a clinical finish after good work from Calum Chambers down the right.
It was 2-0 midway through the first half when Tomas Rosicky found Mesut Ozil with a stunning pass and the German cooly slotted home a left-footed finish.
Brighton then pulled one back just after the break but Rosicky restored our two-goal cushion with a superb volley before the hosts made it a nervy final 12 minutes after reducing the deficit to 2-3 with a fine goal.
But we held on to book our place in the hat for tomorrow’s fifth round draw.
