Tweets: Kos, Ozil & Ramsey Congratulate Flamini On His Spurs Heroics
Laurent Koscielny, Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey have all taken to Twitter to congratulate Mathieu Flamini on his superb goal-scoring performance against Tottenham last night.
Flamini opened the scoring midway through the first half before Calum Chambers put through his own net to make it 1-1 shortly after half-time.
However, Flamini stepped up to win it with a stunning 20-yard volley and book our place in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup where we’ll now meet Sheffield Wednesday.
After the game, Koscielny and Ozil – who didn’t take part in the match – have taken to Twitter along with Ramsey to congratulate Flamini on his performance.
Petr Cech, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal didn’t feature at the Lane last night but they’ve also reacted to the result on Twitter to remind Spurs that #NorthLondonIsRed
Hopefully this result can kick-start our season again after a couple of disappointing results.
