Video: Arsenal 3-1 Burnley: Aubameyang bags brace for Gunners
Arsenal got back on track with a relatively comfortable 3-1 victory over Burnley this afternoon thanks largely to a brace from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
We started well and after missing a couple of half-chances we finally broke the deadlock in the 14th minute when Mesut Ozil found Sead Kolasinac with a stunning pass and he pulled it back for Aubameyang to slot home for 1-0.
Arsenal continued to dominate and doubled our lead shortly after half-time with a lovely counter-attack that led to Lacazette setting-up Aubameyang to lash home his second of the game.
Burnley could have been reduced to 10-men when Ashley Barnes appeared to stamp on Matteo Guendouzi and typically he was the man to get the visitors back in the game as he fired home from close range to make it 2-1 after we failed to clear our lines.
However, we sealed the three points in stoppage time and it was Ozil the creator once again as he weaved his way in to the area before setting up Alex Iwobi to make ti 3-1.
Here are all the goals:
