Tweets: Ozil, Ramsey & more: Arsenal celebrate City win on Twitter

It was another memorable night at the Emirates as we gave our title hopes a major boost with a 2-1 victory over Manchester City.

Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud put us in control with first half goals thanks to another two assists from Mesut Ozil and although Yaya Toure pulled one back late on, we held on to secure a huge win that sees us move five points clear of City and to within just two of leaders Leicester.

After the game, several of the players have taken to Twitter to react to the win with the likes of Ozil, Aaron Ramsey, Mathieu Flamini, Hector Bellerin, Calum Chambers and Joel Campbell all in buoyant mood.

I’m sure this victory will reinforce belief in the squad that we can go on and win the Premier League title this season. Let’s hope we can maintain the momentum over Christmas and make a real push in the New Year.
