Photos: Ozil bows down to Flamini at training after Spurs heroics
Arsenal have been undertaking their final preparations on the training pitch at London Colney this afternoon ahead of our trip to Leicester City tomorrow.
My favourite photo from today’s session shows Mesut Ozil bowing down to Mathieu Flamini – presumably in homage to the midfielders sensational match-winning volley to beat Spurs in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday night.
Francis Coquelin has been ruled out of the trip to the King Power stadium tomorrow with a knee injury so Flamini could keep his place in midfield, but we’ll have to wait and see whether Arsene Wenger goes with him or Mikel Arteta alongside Santi Cazorla.
