Mesut Ozil was in fine form once again for his country last night as he bagged a hat-trick of assists during Germany’s 7-0 win over Gibraltar.

Mesut started for the World champions in their Euro qualifier and was at his productive best with three assists as Germany moved up to second in Group D with a comfortable win.

The Gunners playmaker first teed-up Kruse to tap home the visitors second goal shortly after half time before laying it off for Bellarabi to make it 4-0 just 10 minute later.

Ozil completed his treble of assists after finding former Chelsea forward Andre Schurrle with a lovely ball midway through the second half.
