Tweets: Ramsey, Per & More React On Twitter After Chelsea Draw
Some of the Arsenal players have taken to Twitter to react to yesterday’s 0-0 draw with Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Despite dominating possession for much of the game, we were unable to break down a stubborn Chelsea defence so any slim hope of catching the leaders have evaporated.
This was our last chance to claw our way back into some sort of title race so it’s understandable some of the players were a little frustrated with the result.
Aaron Ramsey in particular was annoyed we didn’t pick up all three points on Sunday, while Per Mertesacker, Hector Bellerin and David Ospina also had their say on the game.
Check out their tweets below:
Frustrating not to win today, we should have done. Onto the next game at Hull… #AFC pic.twitter.com/dq9T94qfNE

Wasn't to be today. But our unbeaten run continues. #COYG pic.twitter.com/q81K960tB7

Intense game, intense atmosphere … once again thanks for your support in the name of the team. #ARSvCHE #BFG pic.twitter.com/8dzHnSEoOl

Buen punto hoy… Un partido difícil pero hay que seguir en la lucha #afc

Piers is rightly pissed off. According to Terry, the gunners tippy tappy soccer is unlikely to win the epl.I am afraid he is right having won 3 epl trophies.
Arsenal’s style gives defenders time to regroup and that ‘s why it was difficult for the gunners to score.Play direct like Everton who broke fast from defence. The gunners style of pass and pass all day is no good.
And that’s why Wenger wont win another epl even with wc stars being bought.

So Arsenal made more passes than Chelsea. But the Blues won the
game and are set to be champs.
Football is about goals and not how beautiful you play.
Mu outplayed Chelsea but lost. Who carse about stats showing
the no of passes. Fans only look for goals and don’t bother
about how youscore.
