Confirmed line-ups: Arsenal vs Chelsea – Tzolis & Havertz start for Gunners

Arsenal will be looking to maintain their winning start to the new Premier League season with victory over Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon.

We kicked-off the 202/27 campaign with a 3-0 win over Coventry City before edging past Aston Villa 1-0 at Villa Park last weekend. However, we should face our stiffest test of the season so far against London rivals Chelsea today with the Blues also on six points from their opening two matches.

David Raya keeps goal for Arsenal once again while Ben White starts at right-back with Jurrien Timber still working his way back from injury.

William Saliba remains on the sidelines with a back injury while Cristhian Mosquera – who’s deputised in the Frenchman’s absence so far this season – is out after picking up a knock at Villa. Therefore, Ezri Konsa comes in to make his full debut for Arsenal.

Gabriel Magalhaes starts alongside Konsa with Riccardo Calafiori keeping his place at left-back ahead of Piero Hincapie. Myles Lewis-Skelly starts in midfield alongside Declan Rice so Bruno Guimarães is only deemed fit enough for a place on the bench.

Martin Odegaard captains Arsenal once again today while Bukayo Saka lines-up on the right flank. Christian Tzolis keeps his place on the left wing so Eberechi Eze has to make do with a place among the substitutes.

Kai Havertz leads the line up front so Viktor Gyokeres is on the bench along with Mikel Merino, Max Dowman and Noni Madueke.

As for Chelsea, Emi Martinez faces his former club while Joao Pedro is supported by Morgan Rogers and Cole Palmer in attack. Moises Caicedo misses out.
