Video: Arsenal 1-0 West Ham: Welbeck fires Gunners in to semi finals
Arsenal are through to the semi finals of the Carabao Cup after beating West Ham 1-0 at the Emirates this evening.
The opening half was a dull affair with neither side threatening until Danny Welbeck got on the end of a Matt Debuchy header to poke home the opener just before the break.
To be honest, the second half wasn’t much better than the first as both sides struggled to create any clear cut chances on a cold night in north London.
There was to be no further goals as Arsenal held on to secure a 1-0 win that books our place in the last four of the League Cup.
