[Tweet] Mesut Ozil reacts on Twitter after Arsenal beat Norwich
Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter this evening to react after a below-par Arsenal beat Norwich City 1-0 at the Emirates this evening.
Ozil once again started in attack but was only able to show flashes of his brilliance as we were well below our free-flowing best once again.
The highlight of the German international’s game was undoubtedly a stunning long-range pass to find Alexis Sanchez while he also went close with a 20-yard strike in the second half.
In the end, we needed Danny Welbeck to come off the bench to score the winner as he fired home from an Olivier Giroud knockdown in the 59th minute to secure the win.
We’ve now cemented our top four position by climbing above Man City in to third spot while Tottenham are now just two points ahead in second.
Ozil has now taken to Twitter this evening to react to the win, telling his followers “Duty done! We took the three points!“.
