[Video] Highlights from Theo Walcott’s 10 years at Arsenal
Theo Walcott joined Arsenal 10 years ago to the day so we thought we’d bring you Arsenal’s official video celebrating his decade in North London.
Theo joined Arsenal from Southampton as a fresh-faced 16-year-old with bags of pace and potential but he’s endured something of a mixed time of it at the Emirates.
Injuries have unquestionably hampered his progress but I still think when fully-fit, he’s an absolute weapon and someone who can offer what very few others can to our attacking play.
During his career at Arsenal, Walcott has chipped in with 81 goals and 72 assists in his 320 appearances, which is a very reasonable return when you consider how many games were played as a teenager or not fully-fit.
I’m a big Walcott fan and hope he can stay clear of injury during the second half of the season as if he does, he’ll no doubt have a huge part to play in our title push.
Sit back and enjoy highlights of his 10 years at Arsenal:
