[Photo] Mesut Ozil posts New Year selfie/message on Twitter
As if we couldn’t love Mesut Ozil any more, the German international has taken to Twitter to post a selfie and message to his followers as we head into 2016.
Ozil thanked the fans for their support during 2015 before wishing his beloved followers health and happiness next year.
The 27-year-old accompanied the message with a selfie of him posing in his car wearing some questionable sun glasses.
Ozil enjoyed a superb 2015 and is currently in the form of his career, so hopefully that will continue into 2016 starting off against Newcastle on Saturday.
We welcome the Geordies to the Emirates this weekend sitting top of the Premier League table so hopefully with a bit of Ozil magic, we can secure another three points and cement our position as league leaders.
