VIDEO: Marseille 1-2 Arsenal: Rambo Makes It 10 Away Wins In A Row!
We secured a vitally important away win on match day 1 of the Champions League group stages tonight with a 2-1 win over Marseille in France.
Theo Walcott put us 1-up with a stunning volley midway through the second half before Aaron Ramsey continued his fine goal-scoring run with a second in the 84th minute. The hosts were gifted a consolation in the final minute when Rambo was harshly adjudged to have fouled Ayew, and the Marseille man made no mistake from the penalty spot.
The win makes it a mind-boggling 10 away wins in a row for Arsenal. A truly stunning achievement.
