[Player Ratings] Arsenal 4-1 Fulham: Kolasinac & Lacazette impress for Gunners

Arsenal got back to winning ways and started 2019 on a positive note after easing to a 4-1 victory over Fulham at the Emirates this afternoon.
Granit Xhaka opened the scoring after Fulham wasted two excellent chances to take a shock lead and we made it 2-0 via Alexandre Lacazette after a superb team move. Fulham pulled one back but we wrapped-up the three points thanks to late goals from Aaron Ramsey and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
These are my ratings:
Leno 6/10 | Did nothing wrong for the goal but his distribution was poor at times. Made a couple of routine saves.
Koscielny 6/10 | Caught out by the pace of Sessegnon at times and passing was sloppy. Still rusty but was sold for the most part.
Mustafi 5.5/10 | Didn’t make any mistakes, which was nice, but still looked nervy. Subbed at half time as Emery switched formation.
Sokratis 6/10 | Good battle with Mitrovic but couldn’t guide us to a morale-boosting clean sheet.
Maitland-Niles 6.5/10 | Worked his socks off and got forward down the right when he could. Much better option that Lichtsteiner.
Xhaka 6/10 | Lovely touch and finish to open the scoring but some of his play in the first half was woeful. Better after the break.
Guendouzi 7/10 | Plenty of energy and helped control the game from the middle of the park.
Kolasinac 7.5/10 | A superb outlet down the left flank. Was a constant threat and was involved in three of the goals.
Iwobi 7/10 | Nice ball to set-up Xhaka for the opener and was always keen to get on the ball. Final pass was frustrating at times though.
Aubameyang 7.5/10 | Missed a couple of great chances in the first half and hit the post before the third goal. Finally got his goal with a deflected strike to make it 4-1.
Lacazette 7.5/10 | Great to see him get on the score-sheet with a cool finish and should have had yet another penalty. Always lively around the box.

Torreira 6/10 | Caught out in possession for the Fulham goal but it looked like a foul to me.
Ramsey 7/10 | Lovely goal from the Welshman.
Saka N/A | Late cameo but great to see him making his league debut.
It wasn’t vintage Arsenal and the 4-1 scoreline perhaps flattered us but it was vital to get back to winning ways and it was job done. Blackpool away up next in the FA Cup this weekend.
