It was a memorable 18th anniversary for Arsene Wenger last night as 10-man Arsenal thrashed Galatasaray 4-1 in the Champions League at the Emirates.
Danny Welbeck was the hero as our £16m summer signing bagged a stunning hat-trick while Alexis Sanchez also got himself on the score-sheet.
It was Welbeck’s first hat-trick of his professional career and judging by his performance last night, it certain won’t be his last. The 23-year-old has settled in very well following his move from Man Utd and is certainly proving some of his doubters wrong.
