TWEETS: Ozil, Chambers, Gibbs + Poldi Buzzing After Villa Win
Arsenal players are understandably pleased after getting back to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon.
Mesut Ozil responded to his critics with a man of the match display as he scored one and set up another for Danny Welbeck before an own goal sealed the three points.
The German took to Twitter a short time ago to express his delight at the performance, saying he is ‘really happy’ with his contribution.
Kieran Gibbs, Lukas Podolski and Calum Chambers also took to the social networking site and it was clear the players are buzzing after ending a three match winless streak with a resounding victory today.
finally!79sec for a goal and 1 assist-really happy with it.let your #instincttakeover #predatorinstinct #nevergiveup pic.twitter.com/ysFVSXqdmY
