Arsenal make contact to sign Real Madrid’s Endrick

By on August 11, 2026

Arsenal have reportedly made contact over a deal to sign Real Madrid forward Endrick, as per TEAMtalk.

After moving to the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu from Palmeiras in 2024, the 20-year-old featured as a rotational option in his debut campaign, scoring seven goals in 37 appearances across all competitions.

However, he struggled to find regular game time during the first half of last campaign, playing only three matches in all tournaments. As a result, the forward decided to join Olympique Lyonnais on loan in January to play regularly and develop his career.

Endrick showed glimpses of his qualities in Ligue 1, making 16 goal contributions in 21 matches across all competitions. Moreover, he helped his side finish fourth in the French top-flight. After impressing for Lyon, Endrick secured his place in Brazil’s World Cup squad.

Now, TEAMtalk claim that Endrick was aiming to secure his place in Real Madrid’s starting line-up next season following a successful loan at Groupama Stadium.

However, after Carlos Espi and Yan Diomande’s signings, alongside Vinicius Junior’s contract extension, Endrick feels he might struggle to get game time once again next season.

Therefore, he is ready to leave, while the player’s representatives and intermediaries have already started working to find a suitable destination for him.

Endrick to Arsenal

The report state that Endrick’s camp have held discussions with Real Madrid to find a way to leave, while Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa and Fulham have held talks to learn about his current situation.

Moreover, Chelsea hold a long-standing interest in him and have also enquired about the details of signing him. However, Florentino Pérez is a big fan of the Brazilian and Real Madrid are willing to let him leave on loan without any buy option.

Tottenham, Aston Villa and Fulham are prepared to seal the deal by accepting Los Blancos’ proposed structure, but Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea would only make a serious push if it included a buy option.

Endrick is a left-footed, versatile forward, as he is comfortable in the right flank and centre-forward positions. He is a talented player and could be a shrewd acquisition for Arsenal should they purchase him.
