Arsenal return to action after the international break as we take on Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.

Mikel Arteta has taken the opportunity to rotate his squad as Kepa Arrizabalaga starts in goal with David Raya among the substitutes. Myles Lewis-Skelly gets a rare chance to impress as the youngster comes in at left-back with Riccardo Calafiori on the bench. Piero Hincapie isn’t involved after picking up a knock on international duty.

Gabriel Magalhaes is fit to start in defence alongside Cristhian Mosquera but William Saliba is only named on the bench. Ben White starts at right-back with Jurrien Timber still out.

Christian Norgaard gets a start in the holding role so Martin Zubimendi is rested. Declan Rice isn’t involved after pulling out of the England squad so Kai Havertz starts in midfield for Arsenal tonight.

Martin Odegaard is back from injury as the Norwegian international captains the Gunners. Youngster Max Dowman gets another start on the right wing with Bukayo Saka ruled out. Noni Madueke has recovered from a knee problem and he’s named on the bench.

Gabriel Martinelli starts on the left wing while Gabriel Jesus leads the line up front meaning Viktor Gyokeres has to make-do with a place among the substitutes.

Eberechi Eze and Leandro Trossard are other injury absentees for Arsenal tonight so the bench is filled with three youngsters.
