Confirmed line-ups: Brighton vs Arsenal – Key man ruled out for Gunners

By on March 4, 2026

Arsenal will be looking to cement their position at the top of the Premier League table with a win over Brighton at the Amex Stadium this evening.

The Gunners head in to the game sitting five points clear of Manchester City having player a game more. The Cityzens host Nottingham Forest tonight so it’s vital we come away with all three points from the South Coast.

Unfortunately, Arsenal have been dealt a major blow as William Saliba has been ruled out of the game so Cristhian Mosquera comes in alongside Gabriel Magalhaes in the middle of defence.

Jurrien Timber keeps his place at right-back with Ben White still out while Piero Hincapie starts at left-back once again ahead of Riccardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Martin Zubimendi starts in the holding role while Declan Rice has been passed fit despite limping off during the latter stages of Sunday’s win over Chelsea. Eberechi Eze starts in the attacking midfield role with Martin Odegaard still out.

Bukayo Saka keeps his place on the right flank while Gabriel Martinelli is recalled to start on the left. Leandro Trossard drops to the bench while Viktor Gyokeres leads the line up front with Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus options from the bench.

These are the teams:
