Confirmed teams: Arsenal vs Bournemouth – Kolasinac starts, Tierney drops out
Arsenal welcome Bournemouth to the Emirates Stadium this afternoon knowing victory would see us climb into the top four of the Premier League table.
Unai Emery has made plenty of changes from the side that beat Standard Liege in the Europa League on Thursday night with Bernd Leno returning in goal while David Luiz, Sokratis, Calum Chambers and Sead Kolasinac are recalled in the back four.
Kieran Tierney and Rob Holding drop to the bench despite their excellent performances in midweek while Gabriel Martinelli also makes way as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leads the line up front for Arsenal.
Bukayo Saka comes back in to the attack along with Nicolas Pepe but there is still no place for Mesut Ozil. Granit Xhaka captains the side in midfield with Matteo Guendouzi in support while Dani Ceballos keeps his place in the middle of the park.
These are the line-ups for the match:
Arsenal
Leno; Chambers, Sokratis, Luiz, Kolasinac; Xhaka, Guendouzi, Ceballos; Pepe, Aubameyang, Saka
Subs: Tierney, Torreira, Maitland-Niles, Holding, Martinez, Willock, Martinelli
Bournemouth
Ramsdale, Stacey, Cook, Ake, Rico, Wilson, Lerma, Billing, King, Wilson, Solanke
Subs: Boruc, Francis, Surman, Danjuma, L.Cook, Fraser, Kelly
