Video: Arsenal 5-0 Burnley: Aubameyang scores brace as Wenger signs-off in style
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored twice as Arsenal thrashed Burnley 5-0 at the Emirates to give Arsene Wenger the perfect send off.
It was a positive start by the team and we broke the deadlock in the 14th minute when Aubameyang slid home from close range after pouncing on Lacazette’s cross/shot to make it 1-0.
The French international then made it 2-0 in first half stoppage time as Lacazette found the back of the net with a controlled volley from a Hector Bellerin cross in the 47th minute.
Arsenal made it 3-0 in the 53rd minute and it was a fine goal as Kolasinac fired home a superb effort after Wilshere had set him up following a great run.
Another flowing move led to the fourth goal in the 63rd minute as we broke swiftly from a Burnley corner with Iwobi lashing in to the top corner after being teed-up by Aubameyang.
The Gabon international grabbed his second of the game as he poked home with a poachers finish to make it 5-0 in the 75th minute and give Wenger the perfect send off.
