[Tweet] Lacazette sends message to Arsenal fans after scoring against Bournemouth
Alexandre Lacazette has sent a message of thanks to Arsenal fans after he scored a beauty during our 3-0 win over Bournemouth at the Emirates this afternoon.
Our club-record signing was restored to the starting eleven after being inexplicably axed from the side at Liverpool before the international break two weeks ago.
The French international showed Arsene Wenger why has was wrong to drop him at Anfield after finding the top corner with a superb effort from outside the area against the Cherries today.
The goal was our second during a comfortable 3-0 victory with Danny Welbeck scoring the other two to get our season back on track following two disappointing defeats.
Lacazette has now taken to Twitter to thank the fans and express his delight at securing a ‘great win’ today. I have a feeling our new No.9 is going to score plenty of goals this season as long as we keep creating chances for him.
Here is his message:
great Win today.. thanks for support !! #Coyg #arsbor #laca9 pic.twitter.com/r40wjtS0dr
