Video: Arsenal 1-0 Norwich: Welbeck wins it for Gunners
The ‘protests’ in the stands were about as interesting as the game as a lackluster Arsenal side beat Norwich City 1-0 at the Emirates this evening.
The game was played at a snails pace in the opening forty-five minutes with Norwich creating the best of the chances.
We improved after the break and finally broke the deadlock when Danny Welbeck came off the bench to drill home from 12 yards after being teed-up by a fine knockdown from Olivier Giroud.
Norwich pushed for an equaliser but we held on to secure a much needed three points which see us climb above Manchester City in to third spot.
Watch highlights and the Welbeck goal here.
