Welbeck Starts For England But Walcott & Gibbs Miss Out
Arsenal attacker Danny Welbeck starts for England tonight in their European Champions qualifier against Lithuania.
Welbeck is preferred to Tottenham’s Harry Kane up front as he partners Wayne Rooney in attack.
Theo Walcott has struggled for game time at Arsenal recently and it’s cost him his England place as he’s among the substitutes.
Kieran Gibbs will join Walcott on the bench as Everton’s Leighton Baines once again starts at left-back.
Let’s hope the lads get through the game without picking up any injuries.
