Confirmed line-ups: Arsenal vs Fulham – Lewis-Skelly & Saka start for Gunners
Arsenal can move six points clear at the top of the Premier League table with a win over Fulham at the Emirates Stadium this evening.
We head into the game sitting three points ahead of Manchester City after edging past Newcastle United 1-0 last weekend. With City not playing away to Everton until Monday, Arsenal have the chance to put the pressure on by beating Fulham and extending our advantage to six points.
Mikel Arteta has made five changes from the side that draw 1-1 away to Atletico Madrid in the first leg of our Champions League semi-final. David Raya keeps goal once again while William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes continue their partnership in the middle of defence.
Riccardo Calafiori is recalled to start at left-back with Piero Hincapie dropping out. Ben White keeps his place at right-back in the continued absence of Jurrien Timber.
Martin Zubimendi is given a well-earned rest with Myles Lewis-Skelly coming in to start in central midfield. Declan Rice starts once again while Eberechi Eze is recalled to start in the attacking midfield role. Martin Odegaard is ruled out after going off in midweek.
Bukayo Saka is back in the starting eleven for Arsenal as he replaces Noni Madueke on the right flank. Leandro Trossard is also given a recalled on the opposite side of attack with Gabriel Martinelli making way.
Viktor Gyokeres leads the line up front with Kai Havertz ruled out with a muscle issue that forced him off last weekend. Gabriel Jesus and Max Dowman are other options among the substitutes.
These are the line-ups:
Arsenal
Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Rice, Lewis-Skelly; Saka, Eze, Trossard; Gyokeres
Subs: Arrizabalaga, Mosquera, Hincapié, Nørgaard, Zubimendi, Dowman, Jesus, Martinelli, Madueke
Fulham

Subs: Lecomte, Tete, Cuenca, Diop, Cairney, Bobb, King, Muniz, Kusi Asare
