Arsenal have reportedly set their sights on Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye as they continue to explore options to strengthen their attacking line.
According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, as reported by Hard Tackle, the Senegalese international has emerged as one of the names on Arsenal’s shortlist ahead of future transfer windows.
The Gunners, who already have a competitive squad, are believed to be keen on adding more depth to their wide areas in attack.
Mikel Arteta’s side have been monitoring several players who can provide cover on the left flank, and Ndiaye is now among the targets being considered.
Since joining Everton from Marseille for around £17 million in the summer of 2024, Ndiaye has been one of the bright sparks in David Moyes’ team.
His early impact at Goodison Park has drawn attention from several top clubs. The 25-year-old has scored three goals and provided one assist in 11 appearances for the Toffees this season.
Everton’s valuation and competition for signature
The report suggests that Everton value Ndiaye at up to £48 million. The Merseyside club are unlikely to let him go easily, especially after his strong start to life in the Premier League.
Arsenal would therefore have to put forward a convincing offer if they wish to bring him to north London. However, Arsenal are not the only club keeping tabs on the versatile attacker.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are also said to be interested, which could make the race for his signature even more competitive.
Ndiaye’s versatility is one of his strongest assets. He can operate across the front line, though he is most effective cutting in from the left. His style of play combines flair, agility, and tireless movement.
He is known for his dribbling ability and skill in tight areas, allowing him to take on defenders with confidence.
The Senegal international also contributes defensively and presses with energy, which suits the high-intensity approach favoured by Arsenal.
His combination of work rate, technical ability, and intelligence makes him an appealing option for a side looking to maintain attacking balance throughout a long campaign.
At just 25, Ndiaye still has room to grow, and a potential move to Arsenal could provide him with the platform to reach the next level of his career.
