Arsenal are showing interest in Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram, according to reports from Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

The Gunners are still in the market for a new striker this summer. They are keen on improving their squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko and Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyökeres have been strongly linked with moves to the Emirates Stadium.

Now, Thuram has joined the list of possible options for Mikel Arteta’s side, with fresh reports linking him with a move to the Premier League.

The 27-year-old forward is coming off an excellent season with Inter Milan.

He formed a strong attacking partnership with Lautaro Martinez throughout the campaign.

Thuram scored 18 goals and provided nine assists in all competitions last season.

He played a big role in helping Inter win the Serie A title.

The French international has also become a regular for the national team, which reflects his quality and consistency at the top level.

Manchester United also eyeing the French striker

Arsenal are not alone in the race for the Inter Milan star. Manchester United are also said to be keeping close tabs on Thuram.

The Red Devils want to bring in another forward this summer. That need may grow stronger if Rasmus Hojlund leaves the club.

United view Thuram as a strong option to lead their line and give them more depth in attack.

Reports claim that he has a release clause worth £73 million. However, Inter may be willing to negotiate for a fee between £52 million and £60 million.

Thuram offers more than just goals. He is a powerful and quick striker who can also play out wide or as a second forward.

He is known for his strong runs, good link-up play, and calm finishing in front of goal.

He can create chances for others and is always a threat in the final third.

His versatility and experience at the top level make him an attractive option for any side looking to boost their attacking options.
