Confirmed line-ups: Girona vs Arsenal: Neto makes debut, Raya not in squad
Arsenal will be looking to end their Champions League group stage on a high and secure qualification to the knockout stages with a positive result away to Girona tonight.
Mikel Arteta’s squad is stretched to it’s limits, especially in attack, and some players looked dead on their feet after the 1-0 win at Wolves on Saturday. However, the boss has still selected a strong side for the game despite Arsenal all-but guaranteed a place in the knockout rounds.
David Raya is not included in the matchday squad so Neto is handed his debut between the sticks. William Saliba is on the bench so Jacub Kiwior starts alongside Gabriel Magalhaes in the Arsenal defence.
Thomas Partey drops to right-back so Jurrien Timber can get a rest while Riccardo Calafiori starts at left-back with Myles Lewis-Skelly on the bench.
Jorginho and Mikel Merino join Martin Odegaard in midfield so Declan Rice is handed a well earned rest. Raheem Sterling and Ethan Nwaneri are on the wings with Leandro Trossard starting up front for Arsenal. Kai Havertz and Gabriel Martinelli are rested.
These are the teams:
Arsenal
Neto, Partey, Kiwior, Gabriel, Calafiori, Jorginho, Merino, Odegaard, Nwaneri, Sterling, Trossard.
Subs: Setford, Porter, Timber, Zinchenko, Lewis-Skelly, Tierney, Saliba, Rice, Salah, Martinelli, Butler-Oyedeji, Havertz.

Subs: Gazzaniga, Bilali, Van de Beek, Stuani, Miovski, Herrera, Solís, Portu, Comas, Selvi, Minsu i Artero.
