Arsenal face a daunting challenge as we take on defending Premier League champions Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon [4.30pm kick off].

Granit Xhaka is missing while Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Henrikh Mkhitaryan failed late fitness tests so Stephan Lichtsteiner starts at right wing-back with Matteo Guendouzi in midfield.

We go with a back three of Shkodran Mustafi, Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal while Alex Iwobi supports Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in attack.

New signing Denis Suarez is on the bench along with Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil.
