Confirmed: Arsenal’s matches with Man City & Southampton rescheduled
Arsenal’s games against Manchester City, Southampton and Bournemouth in February have all been rescheduled, it was confirmed today.
Our trip to the Etihad Stadium to take on defending champions Man City has now been moved to Sunday February 3rd after being selected by Sky Sports for live TV broadcast. The match will now kick off at 4.30pm.
Later that month we will look to avenge Sunday’s disappointing 3-2 defeat to Southampton when we welcome them to the Emirates. The game hasn’t been chosen for TV but due to our participation in the Europa League, the match will now be played on Sunday the 24th at 2.05pm – unless we reach the Carabao Cup final in which case the Southampton game will be rescheduled again.
The knock-on effect of the Saints game being moved means that our game with Bournemouth must also be pushed back 24 hours. We’ll now welcome Eddie Howe’s men to the Emirates on Wednesday the 27th February at 7.45pm.
