We showed there is life after Alexis Sanchez after easing to a 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace at the Emirates this afternoon.

Arsenal got off to a flying start as Monreal headed home at the far post from a sixth minute Xhaka corner before the Spaniard set-up Iwobi to tap in our second just four minutes later.

Our superb start continued as we made it 3-0 and it was another Monreal assist as he cut back for Koscielny to bundle the ball over the line following another Xhaka corner in the 13th minute.

Lacazette then got a much-needed goal as he ended his drought with a tidy finish after being teed-up by a sublime touch from Ozil in the 22nd minute.

Understandably, we took our foot off the gas after the break and Palace grabbed a consolation late on but we eased to a much-needed 4-1 victory.
