Arsenal get back to Premier League action when we take on Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.

We are on the verge of booking our place in the knockout stages of the Europa League following Thursday night’s 1-0 win over Red Star Belgrade but the boys need to quickly re-focus on the league.

Last weekend’s hugely disappointing 2-1 defeat at Watford has left us well off the pace so we have to secure a much-needed win at Goodison or risk being cut loose from the title chasers.

It’s a good time to be playing Everton as they appear to be in turmoil and another loss to Arsenal tomorrow could spell the end for beleaguered boss Ronald Koeman.

Team News

Arsene Wenger is set to ring the changes after the majority of our key men were rested against Belgrade in midweek.

The likes of Sead Kolasinac, Nacho Monreal, Per Mertesacker, Hector Bellerin, Granit Xhaka and Alexandre Lacazette are all expected to be recalled.

Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey are available after after missing the Watford game with minor knocks while Laurent Koscielny is fit despite picking up cramp at Vicarage Road.

However, Danny Welbeck is out after suffering a groin injury at Watford while David Ospina joins Shkodran Mustafi and Calum Chambers on the sidelines.

Everton welcome back James McCarthy after he recovered from a serious knee injury while Morgan Schneiderlin is also declared fit despite picking up a knock in midweek.

Likely Line-Up

The team almost picks itself right now with the only big contention as to who will start alongside Sanchez in attack. Iwobi will be in Wenger’s thoughts but Ozil could get a recall.

Prediction

I thought we were pretty unlucky to lose last weekend as the big penalty decision didn’t go our way but that was no excuse for the way we crumbled during the final 15 minutes. Hopefully the players are well rested and I fancy us to win tomorrow. Everton are in woeful form and look low on confidence so if we click in attack, I can see us scoring a few goals.
