[Photos] Alexis Sanchez enjoys romantic holiday with new girlfriend

Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez appears to have found himself a new girlfriend after sharing a video and photos of himself on a romantic break with Chilean actress Mayte Rodriguez.

Sanchez uploaded a video to Instagram Stories of him sitting at a candle-lit table with Mayte standing on a sofa in the background as romantic music played.

The 28-year-old also shared a few snaps of the pair enjoying their break at an unknown location as the attacker continues to contemplate his Arsenal future.

Sanchez has been granted an extended break following his participation at the Confederations Cup this summer but he’s no closer to resolving his future as his contract stand-off with Arsenal drags on.

Arsene Wenger insisted yesterday that Alexis won’t be sold even if he doesn’t sign a new contract but we all know that stance can change in an instant if the player makes clear he wants to leave and a suitable offer comes in.

Let’s hope Sanchez’s new squeeze prefers London over the likes of Manchester or Paris!
