[Tweet] Mesut Ozil shares video of Arsenal fans signing his new song

Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter this afternoon to share a video of Arsenal fans signing his new song.

The away fans debuted the ‘We Got Ozil’ song during the 0-0 draw at Stoke City last weekend and it seems to have left an impression with the German playmaker.

One of Arsenal’s official photographers, Stuart MacFarlane, Tweeted last night to say Mesut loves his new song and hinted he’d post something online about it.

And sure enough, Ozil took to Twitter himself this afternoon to say he’s heard the ‘brilliant’ song and urged the fans to keep signing it.

In case you can’t watch or listen to the video below, the song goes to the tune of ‘Achy Breaky Heart’:

“‘We’ve got Ozil. Mesut Ozil. I just don’t think you understand. He’s Arsene Wenger’s man. He’s better than Zidane.”
