[Tweets] Ramsey & Cech take to Twitter after Stoke stalemate
Aaron Ramsey, Petr Cech and Mathieu Flamini have all taken to Twitter to react after Arsenal were held to a 0-0 draw by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium yesterday.
Olivier Giroud had the best chances to win it for Arsenal but the French international was twice denied by superb saves from Jack Butland so we had to settle for a point.
The result was enough to see us return to the top of the Premier League table where we now sit above Leicester City on goal difference with 16 games left to play.
After the game, Ramsey took to Twitter to say it’s now time to prepare for Sunday’s huge clash with Chelsea while Flamini also thanked the fans for their ‘fantastic’ support.
Cech was voted Man of the Match after another fine display at the Britannia and the Czech international is now looking forward to taking on his former team this weekend.
Check out what the players had to say below:
Thank you for the MOTM . Top of the league , let's get ready for the weekend to stay there … https://t.co/cCGk9gBNXY
