Arsenal duo named in Premier League Team of the Week
Arsenal duo Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil have been named in the WhoScored? Premier League team of the week following their performances against Sunderland.
Ramsey was restored to his referred central midfield position against the Black Cats on Saturday and didn’t disappoint as he set-up Olivier Giroud for the second goal before sealing a 3-1 win with a late third from close range.
His performance earned him a WhoScored rating of 8.49 which was enough to see him make it into the Team of the Week.
The Welshman was joined in midfield by team mate Ozil after he put in another virtuoso performance against Sunderland at the weekend.
The German ran the game and bagged his 12 assist of the season after setting-up Joel Campbell for the opening goal with a pin-point throughball to earn himself a score of 8.52.
Well done boys. Keep up the good work….
